My name is Natalia Nesterenko, and I am honored to introduce you to my holistic veterinary practice — a space dedicated to compassionate, personalized care for your beloved pets.
Although I practiced traditional veterinary medicine for many years, my journey into holistic care was deeply personal. It began when my daughter faced challenges with celiac disease, and I felt that conventional Western medicine alone could not provide the answers or relief she needed.
That experience sparked a passion within me to pursue a more comprehensive approach to healing. I went on to further specialize in holistic medicine, where the focus is not simply on managing symptoms, but on addressing the root cause and restoring balance within the body. My treatment approach integrates therapies such as acupuncture, photobiomodulation, ozone therapy, Chinese herbal medicine, and other natural modalities tailored to each individual patient.
At Puravida Holistic Vet, every pet receives a thoughtfully designed treatment plan based on their unique needs, health history, and constitution. My goal is always to support vitality, resilience, and long-term well-being.

… Our girl was battling ear infection after ear infection for years … Dr. Natalia mentioned that she wanted to find the cause of the ear infections and believed it was a food allergy. We were able to do the allergy test, and sure enough she was allergic to the exact protein we were giving her. We changed her food completely as the doctor advised, and our girl hasn’t had an ear infection since. When other doctors are quick to give medication, Dr. Natalia goes above and beyond to find the real issue. We are so lucky we found her!
